Activities

Served on the State Bar fee dispute committee for 15 years. Served on the State Bar disciplinary committee as well as the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline. Frequent seminar speaker and lecturer on real estate law and related issues. Also Mickey is an eagle scout and was voted Best Disc Jockey by the Las Vegas Review-Journal in 1993.

Mickey Bohn’s 36 years of experience includes in excess of 10,000 hours of court time, over 100 bench and jury trials and more than 300 appeals before both the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has 17 reported decisions from these courts involving diverse issues including real estate law, constitutional law, trial evidence, privileges, automobile insurance coverage, defamation and medical malpractice.
